Attached is Prequalification Questionnaire (same document in Word and PDF format) that will be used to assess your company’s capability to design and / or deliver the works to determine our tender list for each Work Package.

Please note:

1.      Submissions are due by 5pm Thursday 25 October 2018 and may not be assessed if received after this time

2.      Submissions must be submitted to ASMTI@laingorourke.com.au

3.      We would request submission be returned typed into the Word format to assist our evaluations
