Awesome Women in Construction (AWIC) is a not-for-profit association dedicated to providing support, resources, and networking opportunities to women working across Australia’s construction industry. AWIC advocates against discrimination, educates the next generation, and amplifies the voices of women in construction.
Following the success of the North Queensland Roadshow in October 2023, AWIC are thrilled to announce the Central Queensland Coast Roadshow in May 2024.

Bundaberg – Wednesday 15th May 2024
Gladstone – Friday 17th and Monday 20th May 2024
Rockhampton – Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd May 2024
Yeppoon – Friday 24th May 2024
This roadshow will include site visits, factory tours, showroom information sessions and other ‘out of the box’ opportunities to engage and ‘show off’ the construction industry to out next generation.

The largest cost for the roadshow is bus hire. AWIC have broken it down into smaller, bite size pieces of $1,500 + GST. There will be 10 sponsorship opportunities.
Your return on investment? AWIC will be sharing this out on all the social media platforms, newsletters, website etc before during and after the roadshow. Who knows, there may even be a future estimator, administrator or sales person on the roadshow?
