The Capricorn Coast region is preparing for a significant phase of expansion, with record population growth, major infrastructure investment and new development opportunities emerging across Livingstone Shire. In support of this momentum, Livingstone Shire Council is inviting local businesses, industry partners and community stakeholders to a special Development Information Session in Yeppoon.
Titled Building Opportunity Through Collaboration, the session will provide an in-depth look at the region’s economic outlook and Council’s strategic priorities for sustainable development. With the Capricorn Coast continuing to attract investment and new residents, the event aims to strengthen collaboration between Council, industry and the broader community as the region navigates its next chapter of growth.
