To support business owners, the Small Business Financial Counselling Service Southern Queensland is offering a series of free, practical lunchtime webinars throughout February, focused on wellbeing, balance and sustainable business life.
These short online sessions are designed to fit into busy schedules and provide practical strategies that can be applied straight away.
Practical support for busy business owners
The webinars are delivered online via Microsoft Teams and run for just 30 minutes each. They are led by experienced Business Wellness Coaches and are focused on real-world challenges faced by small business owners.
Participants can expect to:
- Learn simple, practical strategies that are easy to implement
- Better manage stress and burnout
- Set healthier boundaries between work and personal life
- Build resilience without chasing perfection
- Connect with other small business owners facing similar challenges

Each session is free to attend and requires a simple online registration.
