Lunch & Learn – How should you structure your Startup?

Each month SmartHub Rockhampton facilitates a one hour Lunch & Learn event for local businesses to learn new skills and improve their understanding of new or emerging trends in business.

Starting a business can be scary and there are many decisions to be made. One decision is how you will structure your new business. Josh will discuss the different types of business structures and their pros and cons. You will be guided through the fundamentals of each structure type and how that will impact on operating your business. Josh will also talk about other asset protection considerations and provide some practical tips on how to address the risks that business owners face, followed by Q & A.
