We know workforce challenges are a top priority for businesses and that the ability to attract and retain suitably qualified staff is the most significant constraint on business growth. It’s why Business Chamber Queensland developed the free Workforce Evolve program, a Queensland Government funded e-learning program designed to help employers think differently about who they employ and how to retain them into the future.

With some changes in approach and the use of inclusive employment practices, Workforce Evolve helps employers develop a recruitment strategy to unlock a new segment of jobseekers from groups that are under-represented in the workforce – women with family or carer commitments or escaping domestic violence, First Nations Peoples, the LGBTI community, those with disabilities, mature aged workers, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Delivered via 6 fully online modules, Workforce Evolve will give you the skills to make the most of this diverse and inclusive workforce. Each module also includes a 1-hour one-on-one coaching session with an expert Workforce Evolve Coach.
