Time is running out to apply for the Accelerate Small Business Grants program

Applications will close on 27 March 2018.

Under the program, matched funding up to $10,000 is available to help small eligible businesses engage business mentors, coaches, specialist consultants or an advisory board, for between 6 to 12 months. The funding must be matched by a cash contribution from the participating business. Visit Accelerate Small Business Grants Program for further details including eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.

The program will be replaced by a new, expanded program called the Business Growth Fund. Under the new program, funding of up to $50,000 (excluding GST) may be provided to eligible businesses to purchase and implement highly specialised equipment or services to enable the business to move to the next stage of growth. Successful applicants will be required to contribute funding towards the purchase of equipment or services.

The Business Growth Fund will open for applications in late March 2018.

Please note that eligibility criteria and assessment processes will change under the new program.

Applications for the Accelerate Small Business Grants program must be submitted before 5pm on 27 March 2018. No further applications will be accepted after this date.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email, please assume that your application has not been properly submitted.

Alternatively, you may wish to consider applying to the Business Growth Fund when it opens.

If you have any questions or require assistance with completing your application, please contact the Office of Small Business on 13QGOV or email grants@dtesb.qld.gov.au.
