Have your say on a new reporting scheme to encourage faster payment times. Stakeholder discussion paper now available.

Large and small business owners are invited to have their say on the Commonwealth Government’s business payments reporting scheme to encourage fairer and faster payment times for small businesses.

discussion paper on the options for how the payments information will be collected and reported each year has now been released, along with the details of national consultation workshops taking place next week.

To include the broadest range of views and reach the best possible reporting model, we encourage you to share the details of discussion paper and workshops with your members.

Anyone interested in the design, scope and implementation of the scheme can participate by:

Lodging a written submission to the online consultation page by 28 February 2019.

Registering  to attend a consultation workshop in Perth (19 February), Sydney (20 February) or Melbourne (21 February).

Registering for an online consultation workshop for people who can’t attend the in-person workshops.
