A new Cultural Capability Resource is available with the objective of empowering small and medium-sized business employers to enhance their cultural proficiency, while simultaneously attracting and retaining an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce. 

This resource offers valuable insights into establishing a workplace that is culturally safe, covering aspects such as the recruitment of First Nations employees, addressing workplace racism and unconscious bias, nurturing cultural competence, promoting effective and collaborative interactions with First Nations people, and respecting First Nations protocols.
